I joined the Illini Moms Association to become more connected to the UIUC community. Despite the fact that my husband served on the UIUC faculty for over 25 years, I’ve had very little direct involvement with student and/or parent activities. Engaging through the moms group is a way to give back and change that!

I needed many scholarships to graduate twice from U of I, and it feels good to pay it forward.
