President
Renee Czeryba

I'm honored to lead the Illini Moms Association as this year's President. After a year as Vice President, and watching my son grow into a University of Illinois junior, I have seen firsthand what this community makes possible for students and moms alike. My focus is simple: connection, community, and impact for every mom, and mom-figure, in the Illini family.
Treasurer
Amena Saleem*

As a mom and educator, I enjoy being part of the Illini Moms Association and supporting the diverse UIUC student community. Being a mom is such an important part of who I am, and I would like to support both students and their families as they navigate their college experience.
Past President
Kelley Kalinich

Being a part of the Moms Association has given me the opportunity to not only feel a part of the University, but also to learn more about the richness of experiences offered to students and their families.

I enjoy collaborating with other moms to support the needs of UIUC students. It is a way for me to give back to an institution that has given my family and me so much over the years.

I am thrilled to support the families and students of this institution that I love! And, I value the opportunity to connect with other Moms in this community and have one more reason to visit campus!

Communications Committee
Michele Musci
I am thrilled to be a part of the Illini Moms Association Board, serving on the Communications Committee. I’m the proud mom of Henry Walsh, Class of 2030 of the Grainger College of Engineering, studying Nuclear, Plasma & Radiological Engineering. Professionally, I’m a communications and Market Access executive with more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, client engagement, and communications within the pharmaceutical industry. I currently serve as Vice President, Payer Marketing at TJP Agency, where I lead client relationships, communications initiatives, and cross-functional teams. I am a graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a B.A. in Communications. A Rambler by alma mater, and now a Fighting Illini by motherhood! I’m excited to bring my communications experience, enthusiasm, and love for the Illini community to the Board. I look forward to helping share the Illini Moms story, strengthen connections among Illini Moms, create engaging ways for members to stay informed and involved, and contribute to the wonderful community that makes being an Illini Mom so special.

I am excited be involved in Illini Moms, not only for philanthropic reasons, but also to enhance my connection to UIUC as a proud graduate and parent. Illini Moms allows me to connect with other moms and enhances my sense of personal development and purpose through this “empty nest” stage of life.
