Scholarships, Awards, and Grants

Every spring at the annual meeting of Illinios Moms Association during Moms Weekend, the association presents scholarships to deserving applicants. Applications are available in January & February of each year.

Two students, one undergraduate and one graduate/professional are selected each year for this award. A successful candidate has performed outstanding and innovative service to others within the local University community, demonstrates honesty and integrity, and is focused on the well-being of others. Each award includes $500 for the recipient and a $500 grant to the organization of service mentioned in the application. Applications open every January.

This is an opportunity to congratulate a talented woman in your department or bring the achievements of one of your graduates to the attention of a wide and varied audience. Self-nominations are not recognized as potential award recipients. Applications open every January.

Does your mom deserve recognition for her unwavering love and endless support during your academic career? Tell us about it! Every January the application opens for you to nominate your mom. We will recognize her at Moms' Weekend.

We are looking to support unique initiatives that promote the growth and development of the students at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The organization will receive a monetary donation of $2,000 to be used to support the event and/or program submitted in the proposal. Applications open every January.
