Join us for a deliciously fun Moms Weekend experience and learn how to make dim sum dumplings side-by-side with your Illini! At this hands-on class, a campus chef will demo how to make dim sum fillings and build beautiful dumplings, then you’ll roll up your sleeves and make your own!

About the Event
Join us for a deliciously fun Moms Weekend experience and learn how to make dim sum dumplings side-by-side with your Illini!
At this hands-on class, a campus chef will demo how to make dim sum fillings and build beautiful dumplings, then you’ll roll up your sleeves and make your own right at the table. You’ll sample 3 different dim sum items, with 2–3 served hot during the demo so you can taste as you learn.
